Choosing what’s right for you

If you have decided you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us at help.empire@hotmail.com as soon as possible, which gives us the best chance to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, usually once purchased your order will be shipped out within 24 hours. In a situation that we have been unable to amend your order, please wait for your product to arrive and follow the guidelines to our return policy.

In a situation your purchased item arrives and its not what you ordered, immediately contact us on help.empire@hotmail.com we will instantly send out your correct order with a pre-paid post label to return the incorrect item

We use Australian post for all our orders, postage fee will be calculated at final checkout, depending on total amount of items purchased will determine the total costing fee

Once we have received your order we will pack and dispatch it within 24hours, you will be notified via email with all details which includes tracking number and estimated delivery date, your tracking number will give you a guide on the whereabouts of your package, although this does not include weekends or public holidays.

Please ensure you always refer to our size charts to assist with your sizing, some of our clothing are designed to be an oversized look, if you are still unsure of your sizing don’t hesitate to contact us on help.empire@hotmail.com
